We need additional volunteers to be trained as Stroke Judges.

Every home and away meet we are required to supply two Strike Judges. We only have 4 people trained which puts a lot of responsibility on a small amount of people.

In this role you are responsible for identify when a swimmer has an illegal stroke and completing a DQ sheet. While disqualifying a swimmer may not sound fun, this is how swimmers learn and improve. It is an important part of their development and preparation for Champs.

Don’t worry the league trains you. And this year the training is at the Norwood Rec Center, this Wednesday at 6pm. It is not an intense training I promise. 

Please let me know if you can be a Stroke Judge and can attend the training.
