Dear Families,

This is an reminder that when you register your swimmer to attend a meet, we plan events and relays based on that commitment. When a swimmer is marked as attending but does not show up without notice, it negatively impacts the entire team. Especially other swimmers who are counting on them in relays.

Most often, it results in a relay being scratched entirely, which is disappointing and unfair to those who came ready to compete.

If this happens more than once, your swimmer will no longer be placed in relays. We understand that emergencies happen, but consistent no-shows without communication will not be tolerated.
